Work Locations
Carmel, New York - This attractive Hudson Valley
Community -- about 50 miles north of New York City -- is home
to Guideposts headquarters, and
houses the administrative offices, marketing, information
technology, database management and fulfillment activities.
Carmel is in Putnam County, just north of Westchester County
in New York, west of Danbury, Connecticut, and convenient
to major highways.
New York City - Guideposts editorial
offices are located in midtown Manhattan, close to both Penn
and Grand Central Stations. The editorial, art, design, and
advertising activities for our magazines are carried out here,
along with all book publishing.
Pawling, New York - Long-time home of the Peale family,
founders of Guideposts, this scenic
town is about 15 miles north of Carmel, NY. The Peale Center
is located here, housing the organization's outreach activities
as well as the Positive Thinking Center.
Nashville, Tennessee - Home of Guideposts'
retail division, Ideals Publications, publishes 60 titles
annually for the retail marketplace and the direct mail market,
and there are over 400 active titles in the Ideals catalog.
Ideals publishes inspirational books, Holiday titles, Americana/Patriotic
themes, and children's books.
